I still have this interest in making a Pony AU where all the ponies are just evil creatures that lure humans and use their kindness to fool some pathetic human into a trap, and then attack as the ponies start to rip the flesh off and start to eat them alive, or just outright kill them and cook them for later.
This would be a really fun D&D game where you play as a cobra operative, and you have to go into this world to retrieve something, but you have to avoid these creatures at all costs. Get in and then get out. But at the same time, you can see what kind of horrors they are.

The only sad part is that I know too many Gooners would ruin it and try to play out their Sexual fantasies, really kill the vibe and experience. But then again, I would be an ass and if you die, you can't make a new character, and you're out of the game.
Jokes are fine, but this is a survival horror game much like Resident Evil.

A side mission would be cool, as you could have at least one pony on your side who wants to find a cure for the curse they have. Either you find one or you betray them, or the pony betrays you.

This would be a lot of work but fun idea that keeps floating around in my head.
