Rarity from my AU, Sideways Equestria! I wanted to design something elegant for her to wear that reminded me of those Old Hollywood-style dresses with fur. I also wanted to make it look warm, because she lives in the Crystal Empire. (I might design another dress for her in the future that evokes that Old Hollywood look more clearly.)
