This took me a bit of time to get it in a position where I liked it, as for some reason I struggle with making Holly look okay in paintings such as these x,o
I wanted to create a ‘paleoart’ type art of a semi-realism Holly just doing things in her environment. In this case, retrieving a special plant which obtains blue paint-like substance to paint markings into her fur.
