While Alix was already there, James entered the station whistling loudly and boasting.
" Here's James! he boasted loudly "
" Here we go again!" thinked Alix for herself before answering James in a mocking tone (but without malice) : " Hey, I didn't notice you were here! "
At that moment, magnificent fireworks illuminate the sky of Sodor.
James igored Alix's remark and continued boasting :" - These fireworks are magnificent, but they aren't as splendid as I am!
- Oh, really? replied Alix jokingly and cheekily. Yet I don't see any difference, they are just as red and noisy as you!
- Ha! Ha! Funny! growled James pouty
- Come on James! Laughed Alix. You know I'm kidding! "
Artist's note: This is a re-do of an old drawing from 2018, but with a twist. This time I tried to draw it in the style of The Railway series books. I hope you will enjoy it.
