At long last, with my cert in hand, I began training my first client. Never in my wildest dreams it would be Ardenfetz. He's showing great potential to go very far in the body building world.

I can totally hear me cheering on Arden to squeeze out one more rep.

This was actually commissioned by Arden, I was more than happy to have him use my toon for this. I love it so much. Had to really trim it down from the original size to meet the AUP.

*giggles* well some parts can only be workout in the maught fashion. . . or least that's how I see it. Cannot image how often I see doing a little pelvic thrust when doing deadlifts.

*giggles* yeah. Normally when I'm at the gym, I try to keep my mind on the lift, rather than . . . . can't help watching the eye candy lifting either. It's a good way to learn a new lift or a variation to an existing lift.

*blushes* Don't wanna show off my goods, though my loose shorts still hint of some detail. I do tend to go to the gym to lift, I'm waiting for some hunky guy willing to take me home. Kinda timid to make the first move.

I started doing sit ups recently and SHOCK HORROR I see some development on my tummy <3

Also, without pro equpment, whats the best way to get the chest bigger? I am a flat chested bull IRL :c

Well there's always doing push ups. Hands close to puff them out and wider to makes them spread out. A fun variation is to prop the feet up a little, just have to make sure the object is very sturdy so it won't move or fall over.

yep, can't lift when injured. It would drive me crazy if I cannot lift for an extended period of time, I might be able to go for a day or two, but after that I'm pacing in the house.
