The aroma of baking enveloped Alex and Nathan as they entered the cozy Alaska kitchen. It was warm inside, and the air was filled with the pleasant aroma of tea being brewed.
Alaska, a woman of striking beauty, with calm, focused eyes, poured each of them a steaming mug. Her movements were precise
Alaska- Tea, boys? Help yourself to some cookies.
Alex, lounging on one of the wooden chairs, gave her a smile.
Alex - Thanks, sis.
Alaska's gaze lingered on him, and something like disapproval flashed across her face. They didn't call in advance. Sudden visits were rare.
Alaska - Please. And don't forget your things before you leave.
He tilted his head, a playful glint in his eyes.
Alex-Alaska, this is Nathan. Nate, this is my sister, Alaska. Be careful with her, she may seem sweet, but she has a steely personality.
The guy grinned
Alex- And she's fiercely protective of me, huh.
Nathan, taller and more reserved than Alex, gave Alaska a polite smile.
Nathan - Nice to meet you, Alaska. I promise to behave in the "best" way.
The guy chuckled by himself at his own words, He looked from Alex to Alaska, feeling that something might be going on between them, She was definitely something more than just a pretty face.
Alaska's expression softened slightly as she sat down next to Nathan, but there was still wariness in her eyes.
Alaska- Me too, Nathan
Nathan leaned back in his chair.
Nathan- So, Alex, what's important that you wanted to talk to me about?
Alex took a long sip of tea.
Alex - Well, I would like to get your advice about... a girl.
Nathan raised an eyebrow. "A girl?" I was already afraid that you were gay.
a friend decided to play a joke, the girl just grinned at his joke while listening to her brother.
Alex sighed dramatically.

Alex- classes will start soon. I didn't even look at my curriculum.
