I realize it's imposible to show a transfromation with just one pict, but I think I got pretty close here. Rachel is probably regreting the lack of spandex in her wardrobe.

Either a serious physical change or a questionable taste in torn clothing, really!
The pose for this one rather defines it, what with the shirt shift as well as what looks to be indecision on just whether or not those pants are worth keeping. I also like how you did the stomach detail as well. It's often forgotten.
