I mean, Boone does have a point, I myself actually sleep with Ear Plugs and an Eye Mask...namely, because my sleep schedule is a mess, and I also share a house with a snorer.
I mean, it should be pretty easy for Echo to come by some ear plugs too, if they can imagine them into existence, or even a cone of silence, Eh!?

That bell does cause a Pavlovian response, haha! Like oop, time to stop messing around and focus! And sometimes focusing on something new is an easy way to make Boone forget what he was doing.
