A little confused on the pronouns switching multiple times. Is the character genderfluid? is it a male snek? or is it just writing errors?

It's supposed to be a female Serperior, but in the dialogues of the last panel, the client sent that pronoun change, so in the end, it's my client who knows what happened there.
