Like I need another gardevoir character...

Bio: Walter is a Pokemon that mostly keeps to himself, more interested in the watches and other mechanical items his elderly trainer keeps in his shop than other Pokemon-at least for the most part. He showed early on in his life he had a knack with working on the objects and watches his trainer fixed for a living, especially considering Walter lacked the usual grace and balance of most of his kind, he was less of a hazard sitting down and scrutenizing clockwork than trying to move gracefully or dance. Aside from clocks and watches, he's also showed some proficiency with automobile repair too, though being a Pokemon he's forbidden to even try to operate one.
Sometimes he gets so lost in his own little world though with small moving parts, he'll often forget to eat or rest, which his trainer will try to remind him or sometimes force him to. The only other interest Walter seems to have is in a female gardevoir who visits the shop with her trainer, unfortunately while she is beautiful she is stuck up and doesn't seem to be aware Walter exists.
