Here is a kind of bug that is a related to the red velvet worm. This worms can grow to be bigger if they are not inhibiting a host. They are able to unleash a sticky spray that is very strong and can stop its prey in its tracks. This worm has also been know to use it as a defense when it’s being hunted, with the bigger ones even being able to use the spray on some birds that hunt it. Some of these worms have been know to in habitat creatures as a parasite, this seems to be a secondary way for this creature to survive for its not very good at the finding and enter a host thing. One thing to note is that if it finds and enters a specific host there relationship becomes more symbiotic.
