Oh I know. But we've seen from previous pieces that when it comes to this sport "fan" can have more than one meaning. It's kind of a two-tiered system. Which makes stuff like this all the more fun IMHO, because yes, most people in-universe are only aware of this side of it. Sorry for filthing up a cute pieces though, I will hush now.
