Victoria, the elderly Geoffroy's cat -- a tiny South American species of cat. She tops the scale at 6 lbs. and has the heart and attitude of a much larger animal. In her own mind, she's a jaguar.

Is another name for this kitty a Margay? I remember seeing one in Mexico. A Beautiful creature!

Nope, but they share some of the same common territory in South America. Margays are little bit larger and spotted/striped more like an ocelot. Just do a quick google-search and you'll find lots of photos of margays to see the difference. Good guess, though! :)

ooh ok, I can see the difference now.. Margauys have much larger spots. Beautiful pic of this guy though!

Yes, I did =3 I've been playing around with my DSLR, and I am lucky my career in lets me get to work with some neat creatures =D

Professor of English/Education, actually. But I spend all my free time as a staffer at the wildlife rescue and education center ... hence the photos!
