I mean, he clearly already had goth eyeshadow, like Jenner from The Secret of NIMH!

(It's probably just Don Bluth's artstyle making eyelids darker, but it's fun to make goth/steampunk themed fanart of Don Bluth characters.)

While this was mostly colored with alcohol markers, I did digitally alter the image, specifically to whiten the blank space. I did it to reduce the file size without having to reduce the size of the image itself. (I left my DeviantArt upload of this unaltered)
