Chaos is confused now. His unvoluntary
imprisonment and banishment has now
made him unstable and volatile, but he can
be brought back to his senses. Not without
help though.

Tikal then asks Knuckles for his help. She will
grant him the power to give Chaos a fight
and weaken him enough for her to calm him
down. When Knuckles ask what kind of power
will he be given, Tikal answers it would be
"a tad of the power of the Emeralds".
