Fairly often on a very long journey. Sierra will devour her human whenever he gets tired. This time, Scarlett also wanted to be inside of Sierra's belly, mainly to cuddle their human inside of the Suicune's warm and fleshy walls. Sierra, being a legendary Pokemon, means she actually has a lot more strength than most others do which means she can carry the weight of whoever is inside her belly as she continues on the journey. Of course, Sierra quite likes doing this since, well, her human is in her belly. She always loved it when her human is in her belly as it's her favorite thing to do, regardless if there's anyone else in there with him.
As her human and Scarlett relax inside of her belly, Sierra uses her tail ribbons to add a little bit more structural support under and around her belly as this makes it easier to manage the weight of a large gut as she continues to walk through the wild onto their destination.
