Hey everyone, in between working on a long-stretched NDA project, I’ve been using every little pocket of time to spin up ideas and stories for the next Yria illustrations.

Yria illustrations feature characters by supporters of Myre, who will see their characters woven into the lore of Yria and the worldbuilding of Myre. For each one, I collaborate closely with the commissioner, asking which region or trade they imagine their character in. And because Yria is such a wonderful place for magic and myth, I have another fantastic one for you today. It's one of my favourite concepts to bring to life, and also not the first of its kind.

She carries spring across the lands of Yria, appearing like a whisper of wind. Some say she is invisible, seen only at the brightest moment of spring in the deepest deserts. Others claim to have glimpsed a graceful oryx lady, dressed in layers that unfurl like dahlia petals. Wherever she walks, life rises in her footsteps, and wanderers find new paths shaped by her passing.
