Sesame's reaction here is justified. She knows that any further arguments are pretty much pointless. I also really hope this was a huge wake-up call for Farron. Everybody just laid their opinions bare to him: that he REALLY has not done wonders for his reputation due to his 'every man for themselves' mentality.
Let's just hope he doesn't spiral further...and I really hope that one artwork of him dressing up as Jax from 'TADC' wasn't foreshadowing to any potential downward spiral if he chooses to cling to his self-destructive ways.

Annnd that went about as far south as expected. Boy, Sesame was really the worst person to talk to Farron here it seems. Not that I entirely fault her. Her life didn't seem to lend well to lots of social experience, so grappling with people that have very complicated mental hangups is obviously a struggle point for her. We saw it with Claire. We're seeing it again with Farron. It was plain to see that Farron was hurt by the harsh realization that his efforts haven't amounted to as much as he thought and he's at best being tolerated rather than accepted as part of the group. So, he retreated into a shell of self-loathing and angry lashing out, and Sesame not only bought into all of it but reinforced it, essentially meeting every angry comment and self-disparaging remark with "yeah, you're awful and noone wants you here" before finally just washing her hands of him completely - not before asking for his aid one last time though, of course. Which Farron agreed to, because for as much of a self-centered jerk as Sesame apparently believes him to be, he still keeps putting himself out there.
But it seems like Sesame has successfully driven in the point for Farron that there's no reason for him to stick around. I wonder what will happen to change that? Now that the blow-up is over, will cooler heads approach each of them separately, perhaps? Or will this simmer until Farron inevitably has to bail Ses out of trouble again?
