She is a black bear although I have made modifications to fur coloring and added on more fur than a normal black bear would have.
This is her anthro form. Not sure if I will post her basic form simply because this is easier to use when drawing.

All sizes that are listed on the picture are accurate.
The average weight of a female black bear is indeed 200 lbs
And the average height, when standing is 5'5".
