It's great that you were able to talk and inspire a small sketch, with Petrogoz, whose massive macro characters are undoubtedly impressive, and you really nailed your red panda with dragon features in the 1000k celebration piece. n_n
I must say, it's a very quick and devastating method to stun and incapacitate most robbers. They'd have heavy artillery, but at the very least, it would only damage the leather of their boots, thus avoiding casualties or injuries when using this method. Although something tells me the bank will be closed for renovations for a while, it's worth it if they're already detained and surrendered.
PS: If you have the officer's number, I'd like to buy him a coffee for his excellent work, and this feline officer is quite handsome >w<
