This is a three-culture pic.
The species is Japanese (kirin), the colors are traditionally Chinese bearded dragon, and the weapons are Indian.

I know the maduvu (dual-horn daggers) exist, it's asian but I didn't know which culture it came from. An exhaustive search turned up a Wiki stub, via Kalari and Dravidian articles.
