Here's the 2nd request I've made from the user who requested this, and it's my first time doing fat (technically inflation) of Lugia in a pixel art style! Unfortunately though, I feel like this was my least favorite one from the request bunch I've done. I mean, the round shape looks decent and all, but I felt like this would've been much better if the body (or belly) was bigger. Though, at least the shading I've done here looks pretty alright! I'm not that great at shading in the Pokemon Black & White style, but I did really like how it turned out here! As for the background, well, it's pretty simple with a whole lot not really going on, and I was fine with that considering the request I was working with. Maybe if it was a commission I would put more effort? But eh, I'm not really the best at making my own backgrounds usually, so it doesn't really matter if it's a request or a commission for a pixel art with that. This may be my least favorite request, at least with the finished product since I liked how the request sounded on paper, but at least I still tried my best to put my effort into it.

Ha!! The classic "Stick a hose into your mouth and swell/inflate" type of trope...Love it. =3

Well, you're still trying to find a way to make the pixel (Main Character) art style look better. And in the future you will get it down when you realize what you may be doing wrong. The background's not that important if you're still working on making the character look just the way you wish for it to appear (even when inflating the creature). I still think it turned out well, but the background can be simplified, or complicated to your liking...Just saying.
