Man, I haven't done pixel art inflation related to Eeveelutions in a while, especially because of one requester over on DA who had many alts who constantly asked for the same stuff, and didn't know how commissions worked when I opened them, and of course I blocked them since they were getting on my nerves. But that's a different story, since this 3rd request I've made by the same user, is at least by a user who made a variety of requests aside from Eeveelutions, and I enjoyed making every one of them!
This one's pretty much just a simple pixel art pic of Vaporeon puffkissing Eevee with water, and I really liked the creative process I made for this one. Given my recent skills on ibisPaint X, of course those skills would transfer pretty well to Aseprite, and I managed to make a pretty good water inflating effect here, since you can see the water while Eevee is inflating! But yeah, this one, like the Lugia one I've made, was pretty simple to do, though even more simpler given it didn't take long for me to make the inflated shape and all.
