Here's the 4th request I've made from the same requester, this time involving Riolu being Macro, and inflated, looming over the city! Again, I've used the oval tool to make this like the Eevee & Vaporeon one I've made, but I actually made it so the blimped legs fit along with the body! Which usually I make it look like it's behind the body, but given that I've been getting a little better at my pixel art skills as well, that's one change I definitely wanted to make for this one. I also made the city background and yeah, you can tell it doesn't really have as much effort, as I decided to make it quick for the request, but I still thought it fit pretty well here! And I even animated this one, which is also something I haven't done for my pixel art stuff in a while.
