With no one around and the water constantly dripping to the surface below, this fella thought it would be nice to kick back, relax and enjoy himself on his cloudy ride.
Sixth one of the Isaac enemies...I think I'm having too much fun doing them. However, I have put a hold on them to start working with my own characters more. More specifically, Shrubi, so more consistent uploads with them coming soon. But yea for this it was something I finished a while ago and forgot about. Was at the shore while I did so it really had the water vibes going for it
