Megaman 12 Robot Master vision: Spiral Man

Weapon: Spiral Wave
Good Guy's armor color while using weapon: Turquoise/Cyan
Additional Input: This may at first look like an absurd idea for a robot master, but hey sometimes unlikely ideas can work; look at Sheep Man. Besides, I don't just come up with ideas randomly. This bad guy's stage will be spiral themed with lots of spinning throughout as seen in platforms, enemies, and so on.
