Born in Anduruna's Talocan District, Arc Argento once showed interest in becoming a scholar of ancient dreamkeeper cultures. The moment his powerawakened, however, he turned to a short-lived career of petty theft, aided by another criminal power user known as Evan Aurum.
Following Aurum's arrest, Argento turned himself in to CCA custody, and both were exiled from Anduruna. After spending some time in a farming community outside of the city walls, he, along with Aurum and a few other dreamkeepers, headed west, apparently in search of the ancient city of Serapeum. The expedition's current whereabouts are unknown.
Argento's power allowed him to temporarily change himself and whatever he touched into a current of wind. He mainly abused this ability to elude Safety Troopers and enable his brief wave of criminal activity. It is currently unknown whether his power had any offensive capabilities.
New ref sheet, with a bit of a twist this time! Since this one's for Arc, I felt like making it based on what Andurunan law enforcement knew about him and his activities prior to the events of The Veiled Gift. Also, I finally decided to drop his and Evan's last names here, as they were never really relevant in the story itself, but the depersonalizing effect of referring to a criminal predominantly by their last name felt absolutely perfect for the flavor I was going for here. In Serapeum, he's just Arc, a young man detached from his past, but back in Anduruna, he's Argento, a thief and a power user who had to be exiled for the good of the city.
