I have to admit, I've a weak spot for cats adorned with jewelry. That's why I have to draw a portrait of a cat with jewels every now and then. And because I recently reread
Mulefoot's comic "Nandavanam House" (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/59712474/), I thought about designing a character in the style of his Indian world and coloring her in a similar style.
At the first glance it the scenery should simply describe a photoshooting with the cheetah female and Mr. Ford. Later I envisioned portraying a member of a Persian royal family (by today's standards, she would be an asian cheetah), the Shah's daughter, who is traveling through India with a huge entourage to renew trade relations or perhaps even to forge interpersonal relationships that would benefit both houses. Farah ad-Din Khan is a graceful, tall cat with the delicacy of her kind. She is skilled in many aspects of diplomatic life, but has absolutely no idea about life as the female she is. From that perspective, it would be fascinating to see what would happen if she were about to visit the "Nandavanam House" during her travels.
And what was the result of my attempt? Well, I didn't even come close to sketching, dressing, and, much less coloring that cheetah in the style of the comic. What remains is the idea of a Persian cheetah traveling through India of yore.
