A draver foal has wandered a bit far from home into the woods while playing with their friends. Though Dravers have a great sense of direction to find their way back home, foals have not mastered this ability yet. So they have to use their other senses instead, going by smell and sound to backtrack. This foal however isn't experienced enough yet so they start to whinny, hoping their parents will hear and call back to guide the foal home. Dravers have pretty good hearing as they can hear a whinny from a mile away and identify the emotional state and intention of the one making the sound, as well as pinpoint the direction it comes from.

Fortunately for this foal their parents were within hearing range, to guide their foal back home safe and sound.
Though it may have been a scary moment for the foal it was a valuable lesson.

Dravers also have good night vision, though nowhere near as good a cat even with their genetic enhancements, but they are a bit slow to adapt between bright and dark areas
