Frost is finding her costume straining under her expanding figure [ref] (for rough dimensions). In addition to the boost in thickness she is also starting to feature some bovine enhancements such as a hooves erupting from her boots and udder torn through her costume. (Roughly [ref] for bovine features).
Frost is probably likely upset at Cassie who is both teasing and vowing that next time she will get the move correctly."
