Sometimes, comparing ourselves with others do more harm than good...
I see people who makes better drawings like me, people who are more sucessful in their goals...
Also, comparing myself with trans/enby people who made their transition sucessful...

Certainly a dilemma. Well-worn advice to not make comparisons, but it could hardly be helped.
Rather than be discouraged by other's success, perhaps use it as encouragement that it can be done.
Rejoice in what other's achieve, and again at what you've accomplished yourself.
I like to imagine other's days are full of toil as much as my own. We see the end result in brief flashes of brilliance that get scrolled by in a few moments.
It is wonderful to see. But the visual flare is only the icing on the cake that is the depth of human life.
