Hansel and Gretel, Martin's Twin Living Diaper
This one is actually new, very new, I don't think anyone has ever done a living diaper with two beings as the diaper; let me know if I am wrong btw's XD Anyway, Hansel has green eyes and Gretel has blue eyes to at least tell the difference between them both. They can do things like Puff, Poof and Thick does; switch to different diapers, changing into different brands, however since they are twins, Martin won't be much alone in the long run, especially with two diapers wanting to play with him.
