Meanwhile. Palookas Stripes and VI have gathered near the crates armed with inkblot weaponry.
Stripes: Das da bun bun?
VI: too right. da bun's gonna plug up boss' crime hole.

All of the masterminds are still active throughout Cognizant. Though that doesn't mean they always get along. Two Tone's got his operations exactly as he wants them, but Union types never enjoy safety inspectors mucking things up and slowing down good business.

Shame too, that's a solid The Hole.
