Just go this tonight at the state fair! A lovely couple hand make these collars and other pet items, and i thought it was about time for a new collar. i originally got a much smaller one that was only 5 dollars, but it turned out to be too small,, so i went back and asked if i could upgrade to a six dollar one, and he gave me this 10 dollar one at no extra cost, because the 6 dollar ones didnt have this design. I'm so blessed, and I hope they are too. I have a picture with them, and I'll upload it soon :)
