Well, you see. It's because Happy's middle name is actually "Walter". And for Cha-Cha, I was thinking about naming her "Gloria". But then I felt like I used that name too much as I have OCs named that. So then, I just settled on "Phyliss" and I haven't really given much thought on it afterwards.
