This was also a random sketch that came up after I had previously doodled Madoka as an Andalite. I wanted to get something done to maintain my creative output outside of being distracted by things and also working on the Madotsuki pic, so I decided to work further on that sketch.
I imagined Sayaka would be very surprised if she saw her friend having become an Andalite. Funny how both Animorphs and Puella Magi Madoka Magica coincidentally have a theme about getting horrible burdens one didn't ask for when getting special powers, whether it's being forced into an alien war or having to fight witches.
