Oh no, she's a freak...

Much like Pokeypie, Thunderpie is another ship birthed in the infancy of the fandom. Again, so few male characters, so any hetero ships were effectively crackships. And when it comes ti stallions, Thunderlane was passed around like a joint.

How could this ship possibly function? I don't know - but hey, big tough jock who turns to jelly around his manic pixie dream mare? Sounds like a fun dynamic to me. But when it comes to Pinkie Pie, I don't think there's a bad ship.

Couldn't tell you why I have a soft spot for it. I think it's just cause I kinda like the Wonderbolts & wish they were used a bit more. But eh, it ain't my place to say; I can't imagine they'd at much to the series if they were used more. Just more main characters to juggle when the base is already, like, 7.
