First of all: I did not do this;  citi-skies drew, coloured it and made up the character for me. I just adopted him, and made up his colours.

So, yeah, this is a new character of mine that I adopted from  citi-skies. Isn't he adorable? :3
I haven't thought of much info for him yet, so I will be updating this when I think of some.
