I drew this many months ago after finding out the unusual red stringy Sonic floating around eBay, I was very curious about it and wondered why it existed, many people speculate it was a canceled line supposed to relate to SegaSonic Bros, and there was supposed to be a yellow one as well but no one actually knows and I haven't heard any updates about this but I love the red stringy Sonic and I plan to include him in indie animation about a whole bunch of "defective" toys and merchandise in a factory navigating daily life together, I'm quite fascinated with this plush
