LoS: Ingo and Emmet Au



A friend of mine wonder what LoS versions of Ingo and Emmet would look like and well I finally decided to give in and have a go at drawing the subway twins as dragons.



I don't have a full story idea for them but I do have some idea's

Ingo and Emmet in this AU were the result of the Plasma Emperor (Team Plasma/Ghetsis) trying to create a purple dragon of Legend so they could control the world/region through them. They used Dark Magic to corrupt their egg and alter there element's making them 'Fake' Purple dragons but the Plasma Emperor didn't realizes he wasn't dealing with one dragon, so imagine their surprise when twins came out. Also the element's turned out to be split between them (Emmet had Electricity and Ice - Ingo Had Fire and Earth) realizing his plans had already failed with these two. The Plasma Emperor decided to do more dark experiments/dark magic corruption, trying to turn them into the Cynder equivalents in this universe but before he could completely turn them they were saved by the Guardian Drayden (Haven't decided what element he would be) but not before Ingo and Emmet got two more elements each, Ingo gaining Shadow & Poison - Emmet gaining Wind & Fear (Side note Ingo Fire is blue)



Honestly trying not to write too much for this AU idea because it would mean going down a rabbit hole of reading and trying and make things work into a cool story - just too mentally tired right now to do that but here are some of the idea's

Ingo and Emmet were raised by Guardian Drayden and the other Guardians, the two gain mastery of their elements rather early and were amazing with utilizing their abilities - the two becoming the youngest apprentices - others started to believe that they were destine to train the next Purple Dragon of Legend

Best friends with Elesa the Electric Guardian Apprentice

Skyla is the Wind Guardian Apprentice the two are frenemies with

Clay is the current Earth Guardian

Brycen is a Ice Dragon and the oldest of the Apprentices an was expected to taking over as Guardian soon (But that was interrupted by the event's of the Year of the Dragon)

The world and dragons are currently scattered (literately) and the elemental tribes are divided/in hiding due to the event's of the last time their was a purple dragon.

Ingo and Emmet dream, is to help bring the world back together with either making dragon gates/stations so others can travel between realms quickly or some form of transport that bridges the realms, they have been looking at the minecarts the moles use rather intensely.

The Plasma Emperor and most of his forces reside in the Mountain of Malefor - basically a cult that worship the purple dragon and believe it's return will reunite the land & dragons once again.

N in this Universe is another attempt by the Plasma Emperor to create a purple dragon, but 'N' only got the colouration and the ability to use Convexity Breath/powers (Part of me doesn't want him to have powers at all- maybe he's really bad at using them?) he did not gain any other element's - but the Plasma Emperor has been claiming he is the purple dragon of legend and hiding the fact N can't use the element's

Dragons and other Creature Tribes are conflicted about the appearance of a new Purple Dragon 'N' and are afraid that just like last time he will eventually try to destroy the world. So their are those who are out seeking to kill him and any other purple dragons.

So when a purple dragon egg appeared at the Dragon Temple door step, the Guardians and Apprentices did their verry best to keep it secret and safe.

Now this is where I have trouble with the story, as I have several different story beat/idea's



Emmet get's captured by the Plasma Emperor and is brainwashed/corrupted, turning him into the Cynder equivalent, leads the Emperor to the hidden temple and Ingo ends up fleeing with the purple egg, having to raise the child while hoping for some way to free his brother from the Emperor control - I personally don't like this idea - because of Emmet's whole 'I like winning more than anything else' deal, I feel he would put up a really big fight which would lasts for days and I imagine who ever get's corrupted that it happens quickly - so that leads to the next idea while Emmet is captured Ingo comes to his rescues along with the Elesa - but while they succeed in freeing him, Ingo get's brainwash instead and made to be 'N' guard.



But the problem with this is that I have these really strong idea's that I don't want to lose - Emmet has pet Bulb Spiders and due to his connections with the creatures he is able to stay hidden in the swamp from the emperors forces. Also him introducing the 'Purple Protag' to Elesa at some point, and then theirs Ingo, who I also strongly imagine them helping the protag with mastery of fire because the Fire Guardian died during the raid on the dragon temple. I just really like this idea that Ingo having an Ignitus like role (Sort of fatherly while Emmet is a bit of a fun uncle type) at the start but then things get's switched and Emmet becomes the serious mentor when Ingo is gone- because I also really like the idea that Ingo is the one that gets brainwashed by the Plasma Emperor to serve 'N' and goes round capturing the Guardians or anyone who doesn't obey/ resists the new purple dragon rule, but it just doesn't happen at the start of the protag story, but that leaves how did the Plasma Emperor find out about the purple dragon egg? - maybe someone else get's captured/brainwashed -and gives away the location of the temple - or maybe the Shadow Triad found it? anyway this would lead to Ingo and Emmet both fleeing with the egg, and they both help protect the purple dragon(s?) (Can't decide if I want twin purple dragon protags) and later during the story as the protag gains control of their powers dose Ingo get taken, corrupted and is a new enemy the protag has to face, though Emmet would be the one dealing with him the most until his own defeat and the protag having to fight Ingo and win to bring him back to normal, just don't know how to reconnect 'N' into the story, again would have to reread all of the LoS lore and some of the Pokemon B/W lore and see how I could mix them together and I have spent way too much on this idea already >.< so let me know what you guys think?
