A goofy ass resprite of a guy I made out of a Joy Mutant from Painful, I thought it was kinda funny to have a guy looking like that but I wanted to recreate it in a much more average "normal" sized person. Also for some reason I kept thinking about Oingo Boingo while finishing this guy up last night.
