And so continues my recommended therapy. Where supposedly drawing and sharing my nightmares and trauma can help me cope with and recover from them. And although I wont go into the origin of this guy, the name I remember is "the creature in the ice," and they like to freeze people.

The first is my art style really does not capture the essence of a nightmare. I mean, look at this dork. He looks like less of a monster, and more like a nerd who's favorite soup is just broth and he wants to tell you about his favorite flavor of snow.
And point 2 is. . . It worked. For him at least. I can't be scared of something I'm laughing so hard at.
So I guess here is to healing and fighting our trauma.
