It's another experiment of mine. Sorry for reusing the same art.

This is a model of Maple that was made to be water proof, or at least makes it usable in water. There's a special cover over the control panel that keeps the controls protected. Windows on it allows for the power light and screen to be seen to check on the status of the robot if someone is nearby.

Waterwheels come out of the tires to help Maple move in the water more easily. It's slower and not as powerful, but does help keep the whole thing water proof. When they're not in use, they help provide some structural support to the tires in movement.

Ideally, an operator would monitor things from a boat at the surface. One could tie a line around it to help tether it to said boat, but it could be run on its own, or even remotely. One could also dive with it, or even simply swim. I took inspiration from Dive Machines that are used in real life.

As far as other technology, I'd imagine Maple has some kind of sonar that can be sounded underwater, and has a light source.
