thats fair, and honestly the more sensible thing to do lol. but with the Campsters pages being based on social medias of the time in which the first game was being made (so, the early 2000s), but the game also being canonically set in the 1980s - i think thats kinda fun, having at least the internet if not technology as a whole be aprox. 20 years ahead of where it should be as per real-life. opens up the option of really wacky things happening.
like, theres something really funny, in a demented sort of way, about the idea of a 30-something year old Morris in the 2000s running a 2020s style podcast. probably just the fact that Morris would host a podcast.
i mean even if you are normal and keep to the series being in the 80s, that still means you'll probably have Morris in his 50s running a podcast. but the jumbling of the timeline - somethings just so goofy about that and i kinda love it.
