Wildhearts of the Kin: Whispers from the Void!
Firflaert the dragon, an orphan, always enjoyed a flair for the unknown, his curiosity pushing him to explore the magically infused continent he and the rest of the Arasin Kindom call home, where impossible acts of ancient magic suspend the lands in unimaginable ways.
One day, he explores one of the leftover ruins of long ago, supposedly from the first dragons made by the old gods, and comes face to face with one of the oddest things he had ever seen, a beast not of this world, but of a land lost to history and time.
“You are the lock and the treasure, and the Void is the key!
She already has the key, you must not let her open you!”
Can Firflaert sate his nosiness and solve the mystery of Ytal and the Void, while evading a worryingly smart monster that seems to be obsessed with him, as well as a concerningly vindictive Kin Subleader that wants him dead? He’ll have to, for if Ytal has her way, the world may end yet again…
Whispers from the Void is the debut novel of the Morkina World, a young adult story about pain, blood, religion, and learning one’s place in the world.
