Earlier today I drew Lord Lowden Clear, Flippy Doggenbottom, and TTC HQ Officer #1 (he doesn't have an official name :C) together cuz they feel like a trio but aren't XD I tried to convey what I think their personalities, HQ Officer is literally just an NPC his only purpose is to give you toontasks, but he stands out to me cuz he's the only HQ officer in TTC who's a Dog and he reminds me of Flippy and Lowden with his true yellow tone and clothes, they feel like a trio but HQ Officer is just an NPC, my headcanon is he looks up to Flippy and Lowden and even has crushes on them, he feels unsure of himself often but always wants to help out and he always has your back, what a sweetie :3 the ranger outfit was quite hard to draw, is it so detailed compared to the others, the detail of the cog badges implies that they killed the cogs themselves and kept the medals as a trophy as symbol for resistance against the cog's corporate reign of terror, that's metal af, I've been way too obsessed with Toontown lately, expect more fanart
