I kinda think an iron butterfly golem would be great.

the Iron Maiden on legs made me so happy just now; I know what I'm using in a campaign if I ever DM for Pathfinder :D

Have you read much Pathfinder stuff? It's like every campaign path they make eventually features at least one horror scenario. Some of their campaign paths and modules are all horror. It's like they really wanted to make Call of Cthulhu, but wound up with D&D.

The animated iron maiden, though, is really creepy, and would make a wonderfully nasty encounter in some forgotten torture chamber...

... a while back when looking through Otherworld Miniature's site, I realized that actually showing bits is kind of an odd shock to the system. To me, a monster with danglies is a monster with more identity than just relatively anonymous angry adversary. I guess in the case of a flesh golem, it'd imply that the thing is made from someone who used to have a life before the "resurrection of the spade" one night.

Okay... fine and good. But then 1) I'd have to mark the darn thing as mature, and 2) I'd have to figure out what golem danglies look like, namely presumably like anyone else's, though proportional to the body in this case. Which gets me right back to Young Frankenstein with "he vould have an enormous Schwannstuecker!" This makes me laugh too much to try doing it seriously.
