Since I have been improving and shifting what I do with art in general, I decided to update my commission sheet~!
Since 2025, I have moved to Ko-Fi! The easiest way to get a commission is to commission me there. I even have some great rewards for monthly support~!

FULL TERMS OF SERVICE:
➼ General
I reserve all rights to my artwork. You may not sell or reproduce unless previously discussed. If you are found to be doing this you will be blacklisted.
I reserve the right to deny your commission without reason.
Please give at least 2 weeks for the commission to be completed. If the commission has a time frame and/or needs to be completed at a certain date, you must state this upfront. There will be a rush fee on orders not given at least two weeks notice.
A preview sketch for customer approval will be provided on anything that is not a Mystery Egg or Custom.
Pose edits are only allowed in the sketch phase. Any requests for a major change after the sketch phase will be charged extra. Up to 3 minor edits (colors, markings, etc.) can be changed once the commission is completed.
I do not work my commission list in order of date received. I work what I have the most interest in working at the time. So, simpler commissions might be done before complex ones.
Images will be watermarked with a signature upon completion and the watermarked version will be uploaded to my social media accounts. You may not remove or alter the watermark or signature in any way.

All listed prices are base and may increase with complexity.
I only accept US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is upfront and by invoice or paypal.me. A preview sketch will be provided after payment is completed.

Please have a clear visual reference of your character or characters. If it is a traditional ref, provide digital colors if possible as not all colors are available digitally as they are traditionally.
If you are giving character descriptions, please only tell me what is relevant to the piece.
Please note that if there are no clear visual references (character descriptions only, partial pictures such as headshots) I might not be able to exactly re-create the character perfectly.
If only a description is provided with no visual reference, then an extra character design fee will be added to the piece.

➼ Reposting and Usage
I retain all copyright to my artwork.
You are free to use your commission for personal, non profit use.
DO NOT repost it anywhere without my permission with no watermark.
You will be given a watermarked version to repost and you must provide a source back to me.

➼ Content
I will draw ponies, furries, humans, Pokemon, etc. I am willing to do most everything!
No heavy gore, scat, or anything super distasteful. This is up to me and will always be subject to change.
NSFW COMMISSIONS CLOSED
Some styles of art that I offer might not be able to get every character detail due to the style. Please specify anything that MUST be there.
If you want something you don’t see or have a question, just ask and we can work something out!

➼ NSFW - CLOSED -
You must be 18+ years in order to commission me NSFW. By commissioning me NSFW you are confirming that you are 18+ years of age.
I will do NSFW/porn/suggestive work, you must just specify if that’s what you want or I will assume you want SFW.
I will NOT draw NSFW with a character that does not belong to you without permission of the original owner.
I will NOT draw NSFW of things I do not like. Examples: incest, foalcon/underage, gore, scat, futa, etc. If you have any doubts just ask!
All NSFW is subject to a 50% Kink Tax depending on what the subject of the piece is. The Kink Tax is for kinks that I do not enjoy drawing, and essentially makes it worth it for me. Examples: vore, multiple breasts, etc.

➼ Refunding
If refunds are required, contact me.
Refund amount will be issued depending on how far along the commission is. Example: If commissioned is sketched, the price of a sketch will be subtracted from the total.
Refunds will not be given out once the commission is completed.
Either party has the right to cancel the commission at any time, with or without a given reason. If I cancel the commission then the customer will get a full refund.
