This is a poem about a pivotal moment in my self-discovery when I was a teenager. This was during a time that I first started to explore my identity (albeit unintentionally), and how this community helped me begin to do so. It goes without saying that I am, in fact, gay. However, I’ll take any chance to say it because I can.
