Again Giratron doesn’t seem to be a bad person, just with the wrong crowd (criminals and/or terrorists) his only real flaw at the moment is failing to think things through, especially when it comes to the consequences of his actions. (And compared to other Predacon leaders, especially Megatron, he’s a saint, all he wants is to get his Pokesona).
